DELIVERY / SHIPPING POLICY

Musical Buddies offers delivery across Lebanon & Jordan. Our website is integrated with leading courier services to provide you with fast and reliable shipping options. During checkout, customers can select their preferred delivery option, with shipping fees and estimated delivery times clearly displayed. Local deliveries typically take between one and two business days, depending on the destination. Please allow one business day for order processing, excluding weekends and public holidays, before orders are dispatched from our warehouse. RETURN / REFUND POLICY

At Musical Buddies, we are committed to providing high-quality, authentic, and reputable music and audio products. We operate with full transparency and professionalism and encourage customers to seek free professional advice prior to purchase if guidance is needed. All products include a minimum one-year manufacturing defect warranty, with certain brands offering extended warranties of up to five years where clearly stated.

Returns are accepted only if the wrong product was shipped, the product has a manufacturing defect, the product was damaged during shipping, or if the product shows evidence of tampering. Any return claim must be submitted within seven days from the delivery date, as confirmed by the courier service.

Refunds will be issued only if a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability or product discontinuation. Refunds are processed through the original payment method used during checkout. Refund requests for reasons outside the conditions stated above will not be accepted.

If a product is eligible for return or refund, it must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, cables, manuals, and packaging materials included. Any software licenses associated with the product must be fully deactivated if they were previously registered. Once the return is approved, Musical Buddies will provide a return shipping label. Upon receiving and inspecting the product, we will either issue a replacement or process a full refund where applicable. Musical Buddies reserves the right to refuse returns if the product has been used, misused, altered, or tampered with. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

For return requests that fall outside the approved conditions, refunds will not be issued. In such cases, customers will receive store credit for future purchases or may exchange the item for another product of equal or lesser value.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be canceled only while the order status is marked as “Processing.” Once the order status changes to “Completed,” cancellations are no longer possible, as the order has already been dispatched. Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method used for the order. Please allow between ten and forty-five days for the refund to be completed, depending on the payment provider.
